MATUSADONA
The pride of our fleet,
this luxury houseboat is named after the Matusadona Mountain Range. The Lake is
synonymous with house-boating, offering leisurely excursions
filled with sun-drenched days and star-studded nights.
The Matusadona can sleep up to ten in
absolute comfort with all amenities.
Full, sumptuous and stylish catering coupled with a well-stocked bar ensure
complete guest satisfaction. A splash pool offers safe and
welcome relief from the heat.
A tender boat accompanies each
excursion offering great fishing and exploratory options.
Fishing tackle and bait can be pre arranged.
ANNELIZA
Lake Kariba is famous for sundowner
cruises: the luxurious Anneliza can take up to 80
passengers with full catering and bar facilities.
The Anneliza is available for a range
of options including lake conferencing, lake parties,
weekend cruises, weddings, beach BBQ’s as well as the ever-popular
sundowner cruise.
THE CHIPEMBERE
A smaller version of the Anneliza, the
Chipembere can take up to a maximum of 35 passengers and is
ideal for sundowner cruises, lake parties and BBQ’s as well
as cruises to the dam wall and lake islands. The Chipembere
has both catering and ablution facilities.
THE MATUSA
The Matusa, a twin hulled pontoon, can
take up to ten passengers, she is ideal for more intimate
sundowner cruises, comfortable fishing and short excursions
to the dam wall or lake islands.
THE PELICAN
A new 12 seater speedboat which is truly
fast, powered by a 135 hp engine. The Pelican is great for
fishing and lake excursions as well as being available for
fast, safe and convenient general lake transport.
THE KUOMBOKA
Named after the famous Kuomboka
ceremony in Zambia’s Western Province the Kuomboka is a 6
seater ‘Banana Boat’. The Kuomboka is ideal for fishing and
lake excursions.
PEDAL BOATS
Lake Kariba Inn has 4 pedal boats for leisurely pedaling around Siavonga’s harbour
and bays.
CANOEING
Lake Kariba Inn can offer canoeing
adventures from a simple paddle about Siavonga to multi-day
adventures below the dam wall into the wildlife rich Lower
Zambezi.
WATER SPORTS
For the sporting and adventurous we can
offer a range of activities from water skiing and
wake-boarding to tubing and parasailing (in the foreseeable
future).
SLIPWAY
Lake Kariba Inn has a conveniently
accessed slipway for the launching of private boats. We offer boat mooring in our harbour as
well as secure, lockable boat sheds for storage of boats and
equipment. In order to complete a care-free holiday with us
we also offer a launching service including re-fuelling and
cleaning.
